It's a job that has some surprising perks - such as using the Disabled Parking spaces and enjoying the strange reactions that people have to red-headed Jamie. These two nice people grieved (quickly) and then threw themselves into the monumental task of raising their unique son and helping him achieve his potential. What they got was a pint-sized perpetual-motion machine with the attention span of a fruit fly and a diabolical ability to out-run, out-wit, and out-last parents, teachers, and bus drivers. Their child was going to be brilliant, beautiful, and well-behaved. When the Dinnings were expecting their first child, they had all the plans and dreams that parents-to-be have. Furthermore, the author is an accountant and who ever heard of a funny accountant? If I tell you this is a hysterically funny book about raising a son who has Down Syndrome AND Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder AND autism, you'll think that I've lost my marbles or that I have a sick sense of humor. Nice quiet street, close to the Community Centre/Rink.At least he doesn't have red hair. Open stairs off the kitchen & back entry lead to the full basement featuring a nice sized family room w/ newer laminate flooring, two good sized bedrooms, a modern style bathroom with infloor heat/ceramic tile flooring, a nice soaker tub, newer vanity w/double sinks and a storage room! Other substantial updates include High Efficiency Furnace (2020) and Central Air (2017), newer exterior doors, front & back, new deck on back, water softener (2017), newer shingles on house & 1/2 garage, newer garage door.

Nice bathroom featuring a large walk-in tub & newer toilet & flooring. The Living Room is nice & bright as well and down the hall you'll find two bedrooms, the master being huge with two closets, doors & windows - at one time was two so could be converted back. Conveniently located just off the kitchen is the laundry area with newer washer & dryer (2018). It has a completely finished basement and a single detached garage! The large kitchen/dining area has lots of white cabinets, reverse osmosis, large new windows, pantry, newer stainless steel fridge, stove, built-in dishwasher (all in 2018) & microwave hood fan.
